Changed your mind?
You can return goods up to 30 days from the date of purchase, but the following applies. Goods must be returned to TopmaQ at the buyer's cost with proof of purchase. Goods will be accepted for a return only if unused, in original condition and in the original packaging.
If accepted, you can elect to receive a store credit for the full purchase price of the item or a refund less a 10% restocking fee.

Can I exchange a product?
We understand the challenges of buying online. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can exchange it. You can exchange it for a product of the same type, but different colour or size. It must be exchanged in New condition and original packaging.

Returning for repair
If your product has failed and you believe this is a warrantable fault and wish to return it to us for inspection or repair please contact us before arranging the return of goods. We will often request images or videos to see if we can determine the cause of the issue and if possible, guide you through a resolution to get you back up and running with minimal interruption.
Please note items MUST be inside their warranty period. A minimum assessment fee of $50 + GST applies to all repairs. This fee will be waived if the job is deemed a warranty repair. If a genuine fault is found not caused by the customer and we are unable to repair it, the Consumer Guarantees Act applies.
If damaged In transit
In the unfortunate circumstance that your delivered goods arrived damaged please notify us within 24 hours so we can make a claim with the shipping company and arrange a resolution as quickly as possible.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information including pictures of your damage.
How to return

A returns form is available to download via the order history section of your account page. A Label is included on the second page of the returns form, make sure you attach this to the packaging you return your goods in to help us quickly identify your goods, failure to do so will result in significant delays.
